Great Resource, Australian/New Zealand Oriented
This is a great source of information for both beginning and experienced lifters (I've lifted for over a decade in the past). It covers nearly evey phase of weight training including nutrition. One drawback is that its target audience is meant to be Australians and New Zealanders. Many of the links given are based in those countries. Also measuring units are in grams and Kilograms. Be prepared to do some converting if you live in the USA. I'd give 5 Stars if it weren't for this.
Otherwise a great book with good information.
