    A great buy for Weight Watchers, or anyone else looking for an easy, tasty meal

    I bought this book at the beginning of January 2009, and I bought it because I am a WW member and thought it might aid me in my weight loss journey. Little did I know that I would discover some of my new favorite recipes as well!

    I have tried about 25 of the books over 200 recipes thus far, and I have been impressed by almost all of them. The dinner ideas are filling and delicious, and quite easy to make (I'm not sure if I make them all in 20 minutes or less, but they still don't take that long to make!). My favorites so far are the "Turkey Sausage Fajitas," "Greek Style Chicken with Yogurt Sauce," and the "Garlicky Beef with Snow Peas." Of course, as with any recipe book, I often add a few extra spices here and there, but the recipes in this book are also great without any "revisions"!

    For those of you following the WW plan, many recipes have "add-on" points, if you are looking to increase the points value of a meal (i.e. a recipe might make a note to "add 1/2 cup of quick cooking brown rice to each serving for an additional 2 points).

    I highly recommend this cookbook, not only for fellow Weight Watchers, but for anyone else looking to try some new and healthy recipes that can be prepared in a reasonable amount of time.

    Another great addition to my WW library

    I love Weight Watchers recipes! This spiral bound cookbook is easy to use and provides many delicious and quick recipes. I bought the New Complete Cookbook first, which I love and I would recommend it to everyone. Following the Weight Watchers program provides an excellent way for you to eat. I am always amazed by the unique combination of spices and ingredients that almost always result in a delicious and filling meal. I have not decided on any favorite recipes at this time as I have not had a chance to cook many of the recipes. I am looking forward to working my way through the cookbook this summer.

    great ideas!

    weight watchers is a way of life & it always helps to have simple quick recipes on hand - this cook book is great for just that.......good buy for the money!

    LOVE this cookbook!

    I am more then 100% happy with this W.W. cookbook. It has a huge variety, which I love and can't wait to cook most of these recipes. So glad I purchased this :)

    Perfect for weekday dinners

    I really enjoy using this book during the week when I am working as all of the recipes are so easy and quick. Plus they taste terrific!

    Good book to keep you on track with weight loss

    I experimented with most of the recipes in the book, and there are many favorites. Most are easy to cook, although some require ingredients that are hard to find in any regular grocery store. My family liked most of the recipes, especially the pork with cranberry sauce. This is a good book if you are bored with traditional low fat recipes and keeping on track with any weight loss plan.
