healthy comfort food!
Another great cookbook to add to my Weight Watchers collection. It's filled with delicious and healthy recipes that range in difficulty, but there's plenty of great options for the less advanced cook. One pot meals equal comfort food to me, and I'm glad I found a book that has a healthier alternative to hearty meals, especially during this cold, cold winter. Love that all the recipes tell me the PointsPlus values, which helps me stay on track with my plan. I plan to buy this for my Nook as well so I can have it with me on the go and while I'm food shopping.

This book contains great, healthy recipes that would be well received by folks not even on Weight Watchers. I like the fact that it is a mix of cooking methods - not just crock pot or stir fry, those there are those too.
