How to Make Your Exercise Routine Work Well
In my quest to tone my body, I bought weights, but had no clue how to use them outside of biceps curls. Then I found this book! I am so glad that I now have a professional to show me how to exercise with weights. These exercises can be done at home with a minimum of equipment (weights, mat, balance ball and towel) and there are exercises for the entire body! This is a book designed for women who don't have a lot of time to exercise, but want to get toned. The reasonable price of this book was an added bonus.Was this review helpful?
