    Superb Well-being Book!

Deepak Chopra never fails to deliver an accomplished text of personal fulfillment. This isn't another diet book. This text looks into the hidden areas in a person's psyche that may contribute to one's weight loss or gain. If there is a lack in one's life, you will fill this void with comfort food. It's as simple as that. Do read this fast-moving pace book that is both physically and mentally enlightening.

This book has a lot of good information in it. I especially like

This book has a lot of good information in it. I especially liked the chapter on eating in the Ayurvedic way and the entire second half is about mindfullness in your life and I liked that as well. As for weight loss? Chopra is saying that if you look to your inner self to find out why you eat out of boredom or anxiety and if you fix that the weight will come off easily. He writes a little on meditation, but there are better resources for that. I mostly read this to bolster my beliefs on the foods I should be eating (whole, natural).
