    Excellent......I feel great

The book is interesting and most helpfull...but it lacks informations about coffee and health. In our planet more than 1 billion people start their day by drinking a cup of coffee. That makes coffee the most popular drink at the world level, after water

    Awsome book

This is an awsome book with great advice on what to eat and why we need it. The Garden 7 supplement created by Dr. Heber and Herbalife is the perfect answer to supplement your diet along with your current intake of fruits and vegetables.

    anyone seen Martha?

While this book seems like an excellent idea for eating and living healthy, it seems very unpractical without having Martha Stewart at your side. With his 12 ingredient reciepes, and the enormous amount of work to be done it seems VERY time consuming. Not to say that eating healthy should be quick but cmon.. this is over the edge. Not to mention the very expensive cost to maintain this color diet. I would recommend running from this book unless you are reading it for an educational perspective. It does have useful information.
