This was a great romance novel. I liked the Hollywood setting, the premise and the great characters. I make it a point to read Phillip's new books and I was not disappointed. It is similar to some of her others with the relationship of convenience, the high profile characters, the family dramas, and the gradual discovery of love. As with SEP's other novels, there are some back romances - in fact there are a few in this one. If you like witty dialogue in your romances, you will like this one.

I have read all of S. E. P.'s books and adored all but one of them. This book was so predictable and boring that i had to skim and skip pages, which I haven't done since I was 17. I f a book is that bad stop reading it. Only the fact that Ms. Phillips was the author kept me even turning pages. I am most sorry because she will no longer be one of the authors I can automatically buy and know that a great story is coming my way.

    Fun read!

I have read some other books by this author, and this is one of her better ones. The hero in the book was sometimes a bit TOO much bad boy, but overall I liked it very much!

    She's done it again.

Once you start a Susan Elizabeth Phillips' novel, it is hard to put it down. Her latest is no exception. She weaves a world rich with characters and subplots. It's a pleasure to get carried along for the ride.

    Entertaining book

I thought the characters were pretty funny, though the plot seemed a little too far-fetched. Still, it's a great book to curl up with. The heroine was feisty and flawed, as was the hero. It's one of the things that makes this author so good...she's not afraid to make her characters messy and realistic.

    Straight off the tabloids

Quick, easy read with characters that could have been picked straight from today's celebrity headlines. Steamy scenes and great entertainment. Not a deep, insightful read, but a great pick for a rainy day.

    Another Winner from SEP

I loved this book. As usual, Phillips creates full-bodied characters with a winning plot. Georgie was adorable... and Bram? Well, he was sexy and smart and oh, so gorgeous. Phillips is just about the only contemporary romance writer I will read, and she rarely disappoints. With so many romance writers out there that are stale and boring, Phillips hit a home run with this one. I love the way she always has secondary relationships growing in the background. This is what a good romance novel does when it succeeds: it is wonderful escapism. The difference between SEP and most others out there, is her ability to have some depth and real heart. She remains my favorite is this genre.

I actually really enjoyed this one

I liked the characters, although yes it was a little heavy handed with the Hollywood thing. Would have liked more on Aaron and Chaz's story as well. But the real question is how Meg Koranda is going to hook up with Teddy Beaudine in the next book....
