    LOVE IT!!

This album is one of a kind. VC has taken music to a whole new level for me, with a unique style, beautiful harmonies, meaningful lyrics and awesome guitar chords. It is an album to be truly cherished and admired. If you are buying an album consider picking up an extra one you’ll want to share this music! Plus, from personal experience mine keeps ending up in my brother’s stereo.

    Great Music From Seattle Area

Vast Capital not only tries, but succeeds in blending beautiful harmonies, tight guitar licks and meaninful lyrics on their debut album. Those that know and love them will tell you that this not, in fact, their debut album but their third (the first two released under their former name, A Bird Of Passage). Levi Ware (guitar, bass, vocals), Ethan Anderson (guitar, bass, vocals and a variety of other instruments) and Daryl Kikuchi (guitar, bass, vocals) all have amazing song writing ability, and as you might notice, all contribute greatly to the sound that is Vast Capital. Let's not forget the man with the beat, Steve Barci on drums. Barci ignites energy to the VC sound that reminds this reviewer of Matt Cameron (Pearl Jam and the late Soundgarden). VC might not have that staple Seattle sound like the former, but rest assured, they have all the elements of a great band. VC successfully blend 70's funk, traditional blues, rock n roll and handful of old Motown groove. Stand out songs on What More Else include Smile, Ending to Another Day, Easily, Blue Skies and the funk infused Real as it Feels. Since You've Been Gone is a bonafied ballad about a missing a loved one that's sure to bring a tear to the driest of eyes. The final track, Thank You, might best demonstrate the vocal ability and range of Ware, Anderson and Kukuchi as they harmonize (CSNY come to mind) through lyrics like, "don't ever be complacent, for in this lack of action your spirit is forsaken...". What More Else is a must have of any music lover in the Northwest. I suggest catching these guys at your local club venue before the rest of the country takes notice. Vast Capital are bound for greatness.

    Really Great CD

I rate this cd in my top 2 of all time. Vast Capital reflects positivity along with a lot of great music. The band harmonizes so well I feel like I am listening to an updated Crosby Stills & Nash, but with a different spin. I love it and reccomend this album to everyone.

    sooo good!

You will not be dissapointed with this album. I bought it because it looked interesting and it has been on constant rotation in my cd player ever since. The quality of music is amazing and the vibe is so positive. Definatly in my top 3 albums of all time. You just feel great after listening to it. My favorite tracks... What more else, Smile, Real as it feels. Blast it in your car on the way to work and you will have a great day.
