A charming, enjoyable read, What a Reckless Rogue Needs was a fantastic historical romance. I absolutely loved this book. It was a sweet, lovely read and I enjoyed every page.

Angeline was a lovely heroine. She was strong enough to endure one hell of a scandal and loyal enough that, in the aftermath, she was more worried about how the scandal would affect her family. My one issue with her was that she was a bit prone to self pity in a way that made me want to shake some sense into her. But, even with that, I still thought she was wonderful and I really liked her.

Colin was adorable. He was such a sweet man who loved deeply and was very loyal to and protective of his loved ones. I really liked how he was so determined to prove himself as a responsible man to his father and definitely accomplished it. I totally loved him. He was delightfully perfect.

The romance was lovely. Angeline and Colin were so sweet together. Though they didn't get along at first, they were a perfect match. The chemistry between them was hot and there was definitely some spice to go with that sweetness. I thought they were a wonderful couple.

I really liked the secondary characters in this book and how they were their own dynamic characters, especially Colin and Angeline's families. I thought all the characters were well done.

The plot was fast paced and I was hooked the entire way through. I really enjoyed the story and the ending was so sweet. Can't wait to read the next book in the series!

What a Reckless Rogue Needs was a fantastic historical romance. I really loved this book. It was fun, sweet, and a truly enjoyable read. Romance lovers, this a book you don't want to miss.

I was unable go finish this book. It has a promising plot but is so poorly written that a was bored senseless.

The sentence structure was jarringly repetative and amateurish. It is too bad this author is saddled with an editor and publisher who encourage her to write on an elementary-school level. This plot showed real imagination and an interesting twist as well as promising ...
The sentence structure was jarringly repetative and amateurish. It is too bad this author is saddled with an editor and publisher who encourage her to write on an elementary-school level. This plot showed real imagination and an interesting twist as well as promising character development: too bad that the level of the writing dragged it down so far that I lost interest by page 150 and deleted it from my Nook.

    For real

I have to say this tale just went on and on I have read your books before and for 8.00$ I had to read it to the end. At pg. 238 I just did not understand where you were going and why it took so long to get there. Well others seem to enjoy it. Reading is a hobbie and at 60 I read close to if not more than 800 regency romance. Eloise James Elizabeth Hoty Sandra Hill Hanna Howell Cathy Maxwell Danielle Harmon Donna Grant and the list goes on. Your books are good as well and most were great. But what I don't like others may love. So to each it own I like your work but this one didnot do it for me. But maybe your next one will for you are a good writer and noone is perfect. For others buying read it and give your own review. I read her books in a day in half this one took me three. Maybe it might be good for you. Ms. D from Bronx, NY
