Hoping it will open the eyes of many!

As a person with BPD, I decided to read this book, though it was recommended not for the sufferer, rather for the others who suffer along with them - the families, friends, co-workers. Anyone who has a daily contact with a person having this most misunderstood of all of the disorders. After reading this, I have purchased two more copies to mail to my daughters and their families with hope that this book will explain to them what I have not been able to get them to understand. I know how difficult this is on all who must deal with this, but it is sometimes forgotten what the victim feels in all of this. Truly this is the first book that tries to give solace to both family and patient. Not enough material available that explains in such appropriate words what is happening and what everyone can and should do. Kudos to Bon Dobbs in opening so many eyes!

Wow, the most effective Non-BPD book ever

OK, I've read Stop Walking on Eggshells and the workbook, but this book is the first book that provide me with actionable material. I got almost immediate results with my wife. Amazing. Thanks Mr. Dobbs.

    Staying with a borderline ste-by-step

Best guide I've ever read for staying with and living peacefully with a person with BPD. Better than Stop Walking on Eggshells. For once someone who tells you what to do and how to do it. Thanks, Mr. Dobbs!

    A reviewer

For me this book was a complete eye-opener. I have read some other books on this subject 'Stop Walking on Eggshells' of course and 'I Hate You, Don't Leave Me' and 'Sometimes I Act Crazy' but this is the first time that I really understand how to interact with my daughter (who has Borderline Personality Disorder). The effect of this book was almost immediate. I'm still trying to figure out how to do some of the things this book recommends, but I have found just doing SOME of them a breath of fresh air in my relationship with my adult BPD daughter.
