Another Classic From Dr. Burns
Like its' 1980 predecessor, 'Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy,' this book offers some interesting insights into the anxieties that all of us feel from time to time. It is well-written and easy to read. There is also useful information on the newest medications and behavioral techniques to help deal with this somtimes debilitating emotional disorder.
