    A Perfect Gift for a New Grandma

    I have purchased this book for many friends as they became grandmothers. My own granddaughter went through her first copy by ten months. We would read it together and she would look for the worm and the bee. She loved making the sounds of the various animals. We followed the sun from dawn to dusk. So many things to talk about with an infant. We started reading this one when she was six months. When she started talking, she became the "reader." I have pictures of her walking around carrying this book. It replaced a blanket for her. Needless to say, she is a reader to this day.
