THE BEST
My 19 month old Grandson absolutely loves this book. We have had to re-tape all the flaps because of constant use. I would recommend any 'lift flap' books.

An All-Time Favorite
I first bought this book for my son when he was little and I just bought it for my grandsons. Children love to open the flaps in the book. It's almost like peek-a-boo. If you read it using funny voices and exclaim, "There he is!" when you find Spot, it will always get a giggle from your little one.

Fun read for little ones
My little one (18 months) loves lifting the flaps as we read. Caution, though, she also rips them if we're not careful.

My baby loves this book
My 4 month old loves this book. I think it's one of his favorites. He first loved looking at the big black letters at about 2 months old, and now he's starting to laugh at the animals under the flaps. It is short enough to keep him engaged by simply reading through the book, or I can make it longer by talking about the different animals. I am sure he will enjoy it even more when he can move the flaps to search for Spot himself. I would recommend this book from infant to toddler age. Great for a gift too.

Perfect First Reader
Where's Spot is just the perfect picture book for younger readers. It's simple yet keeps the baby's/toddler's attention. I would recommend it for all home library collections. A classic for sure to be enjoyed for years to come. The ilustrations are wonderful.

My 6 mo. old twins LOVE this book!
My 6 mo. old twins LOVE this book! At this age it's hit or miss when it comes to books. Although they don't understand the story, they respond to the simple question and answer sequence of the narrative, especially as it interrelates with the suspense of opening a new flap on each page. And they love the colorful illustrations. Each time I turn the page, they breath faster and start kicking, and then they laugh when I open the flap. My husband has turned the story into 'Where is Alexander / Enrique,' and I think this variation catches their attention. We have the book in Spanish.

Recommended for all children age 3-6
This book is very good. I remember when I was a child, this was one of my favorites. When I have kids I am sure that I will buy this book for my child. This book is just so touching...

Wonderful
My daughter loves the Spot series, and this is probably the favorite one. She had them very early, and I think it helped all her small motor skills figuring out ways to manipulate flaps to see Spot. I would recommend introducing the books early. We have some taped on flaps from some over-eager searching sessions, but it was a good experience in learning to be careful and manipulate small things well.
