Highly Recommended - must read book!

I found this Book to be highly interesting sharing the life and work of The White House Doctor. Doctor Connie Mariano takes you into areas of the Presidential Medical Program never before told. Her knowledge and experience has made many important changes in the role of the White House Doctor and staff and how they walk along the edges of the President's shawdow. Doctor Mariano shares with her humor a simple day treating a White House guest can suddenly shift to clearing a blocked airway of another. I've personally known Doctor Mariano for years and highly recommend this Book as an inspiring story for others, to set your dreams high and work hard at it, and who knows even you could be the next White House Doctor.

    Amazing!

Dr. Connie Mariano is truely an amazing woman who has risen above the obstacles in her path to stardom. This story is an inspiration for all who have felt cheated by birth, struggling against seemingly unbearable barriers. Dr. Connie has demonstrated that gender, race, religion, and socio-economic status discrimination can be overcome and in a graceful and dignified manner. I truly enjoyed reading her story and the manner in which she relays it to the reader. One word sums it up; Amazing!
