B&N would never fulfill the order

I intended to purchase two sets of these as gifts, but B&N canceled the order. A week after the listed ship date, I was still waiting for these items. I emailed customer service to ask for an update on my order status, and she said they were available and would be shipped to me within one business day. Four days later, B&N cancels the order because they were "unable to fulfill the order". That's fine...but why was I told it was available when it clearly wasn't, and why does the website still indicate it is available for purchase with a 24 hour ship time?

This is why I stopped ordering things from B&N online. I had not done so in a while because of a few order errors in the past. I'm sorry to see that nothing has changed.

Beautiful Bookends - Couldn't be happier!

I was concerned when I read the other review about B&N not fulfilling the order but soon after I ordered it (in about a day) I already had an email with the tracking number of the package. I got it in a few days and couldn't be happier with my purchase. These bookends stand apart from all other I have seen, and I've been searching for quite awhile They accent my house perfectly and at the same time stand apart. I would recommend this buy 100%!
