Knowledge everyone needs to know and use.

This book is great scientific evidence of how unique and wonderful God created our minds and how we should protect our thoughts and be selective with what we put into our minds. It is knowledge everyone should have.

    Nothing New Here Folks

The message of this book is: "Just put your mind on something else."

If someone needs to "control toxic thoughts and emotions" they need better instruction than this book offers.

    SO FAR SO GOOD

I'm Up To Like Chapter 4 But So Far So Good, I Can Relate To This. I'm Glad To See I'm Not The Only One That Thinks Fending Off "Negs" (as I Call Em, The Book Calls Em The Dirty Dozen) and Remaining In Balance No Matter What Can Be Usefull. Even If Rockets Are Flying Over Head and Grenades are Blasting Off All Around You, Walk Like Your Balancing A Book on Your Head. Calm, Relaxed, Balanced. Kindly Motivate Me To Write A Book. Motivation Would Be You Knowing Someone I Could present My Book To and If They Liked It, could Publish It For Me and The Universe. If Not, I May Still Write One... Till The Next Episode, Same Time, Same Channel, and Thanks For Creating This Book... Dave3600@gmail.com

P.S. I Logged in to Find This Book So I Could Click On a "LIKE" Icon That Would Post On My Facebook Wall, But I Don't See One... That's A Thought.

AN IMPORTANT BOOK FOR EDUCATING YOUR MIND

I THOUGHT THE BOOK WAS EXTEMELY HELPFUL. IF MADE ME REALIZED HOW MY MIND CAN AFFECT MY HEALTH AND HELPED ME TO OPEN MY MIND WITH POSITIVE THOUGHTS INSTEAD OF NEGATIVE ONES. I KNOW HER NEXT BOOK WILL ALSO BE HELPEFUL, " WHO SWITHED ON MY BRAIN".

it's written by a chic but it's still really good !!

i'm teasing .. this is very informative on how to apply God's healing Word. After having a horrible childhood, I can read and memorize "May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace" over and over again, but this book gives an insightful formula for the thoughts that you realize are present and negative.. to me, the question remains, what do you do about the suppressed ones that don't have an association that bring up feelings of resentment and anger; the ones that don't seem to have a reference to any specific event. Anybody have ideas on this.. drop me a line.
