    Classic

This is a book I read to my son who is now 30 years old. We lost the book somewhere in a move, and now I am going to replace it and buy two more copies -- one for my son and one for my grandson! It is a joyous read.

    Wonderful!

My son absolutely loves this book and it's the first one he requests each night. We started reading it when he was three and he still loves it at age seven.

One of the best childrens books ever created!

I think the first time I had this book read to me I was probably 3 years old. Well, I'm on my way to my 30th birthday, and still remember how much I loved this book as a child. The illustration as well as the thought behind the book were both extremely memorable. I hope someday that there will be other books with the same meaning behind them as this wonderful childhood memory has for me.

    Great Memories

My mom read this book to me growing up and sometimes she will ask me, 'Whose mouse are you?' I answer, 'My mommy's mouse. I'm brand new!' This is a great book to read to children that are just learning words and phonetics. Along with 'Goodnight Moon', it belongs in any pre-schooler's collection.
