    The Life of Wilma Rudolph

The reason I gave these five stars was becuase this book was excellent. I feel really sorry that she had polio, scarlet fever, whooping cough, chicken pox, measles, and double pneumonia. She was very brave fighting all those sicknesses. If I was her, I would probably die. She won 1st place in the olympics. She died from brain cancer at the age of 54, of November 12,1994.

    Wilma

I think this book is great and 5 stars because it really helps you understand all of her sicknesses like polio mumps measels and more and all she had to go through back then. A suprising result is that she became a gold medal olympic runner! Its so sad that she died of another sickness: brain cancer at only 54 years old. If you want more info buy the book and read it!
