Wings Over America. In 1976, America celebrated its Bicentennia
Wings Over America. In 1976, America celebrated its Bicentennial (200th Birthday). At the same time, after the Beatles last concert tour in America in San Francisco, Paul McCartney returned and performed live on stage in front of a sold out crowd with his new band Wings. Capitol Records at that time recorded and released the album just in time for Christmas of 1976. Thirty-Seven years later, it has been remastered and much biggest, loudest, and best quality sound ever. The deluxe box set is excellent with full of those historic pictures. I was a bit disappointed that I thought that the movie "ROCKSHOW" will also be included in the box set, but it turned out I have to buy it separately on June 11. One of my favorite Wings albums ever.
