A VERY powerful book for women in divorce/custody situations

This is a great book for any woman going through divorce or post-divorce custody issues. As a woman who was divorced several years ago but going through a post-divorce custody/visitation re-evaluation, this book is fantastic. As a mother, anytime custody is questioned - it's scary, no doubt about that. However, things are always less scarier when you understand the process and can somewhat prepare for each step. This book outlines the process start-to-finish very well and knowledge and preparation are half the battle of reclaiming your sanity and also making clear and educated decisions that are best for your child and yourself. I would highly recommend this book and if you are reading these reviews it is because you are (or are about to be) in the middle of a custody dispute. Good luck to you and your children, and just know that there is light at the end of the tunnel, even if that light appears very dim at the moment...and buy this book, it will help ease your mind! :)

I also recommned "Joint Custody with a Jerk", by Julie A. Ross, Ross Corcoran, Judy Corcoran, another great book to help you through this process without losing your sanity.
