My ex husband bought this book to get through out divorce. It helped him but almost destroyed me. It is NOT a good book. It helps people dominate more helpless others. It's a book for bullies.

Tortoise Beats Hare
I enjoyed this account of Ringer's formative days in commercial real estate and his rise to success through preparation and 'intimidation.' Ringer's intimidation has nothing to do with force or threats, but rather preparedness and his 'image' as an expert. Although, like many first-hand books of this type, Ringer irritates by showcasing his wonderfulness just a bit too much, this book is still worthwhile reading for anyone in the real estate business. Was this review helpful? This book provides an ultimate look at succeding in the business world and how posture plays a large part. The book is comical while at the same time being educational. I have developed several techniques from suggestions in the book and find them highly useful and practical in obtaining my business objectives. A must-read for anyone who has been stomped on in the business world. You can empower yourself today by understanding Robert's trials and tribulations of yesteryear. You will laugh yourself silly over the stories that he provides but his results are amazing. You owe it to yourself to read this book. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
