This is the 4th Diana Palmer novel I have read and it will be my last. So far, the ones I have read ALL go like this: A Young, poor, virgin woman with a heart defect, in Jacobsville, TX (which has a huge drug problem in this part of the state) falls for the incredibly handsome, incredibliy wealthy, ranch owner who is ALWAYS 12 years older than the simple virgin.
Wha'ts wrong with Jacobsvill, TX? Why do they have such a huge drug problem? And why do so many young have heart defects? Is it their water?

    OKAY

The story was nice but long and drawn out. Details were repeated often and not enough relationship development. The characters were very strong and endearing they saved the book.

    Worst

The overview on this book made me think it would be a good storyline. It could have been if the real Diana Palmer had written it, but it's obvious that someone who has never written a story in their life wrote it. The only reason I read it to the end was to find out who really gave the drugs to Bobby Carson. This makes you think twice about reading, or should I say, trying to read any more of her books.

    Made for the true romantic...

Very sweet love story that warms your heart and makes you want to go and your own love. Classic Diana Palmer that was refreshing to read.

    Winter Roses

I found the book was very interesting. The plot held my interst. I just think how funny the stories go when the men have trouble loving someone younger then them. There where twist and turns in the book. I actually have read this book twice because I enjoyed it.
