Read the Brick Maxwell books when they first came out, bought them all in succession. Found them to all be very good action fiction, set in the real world. When I saw they were now available on the Nook, decided to get the full set. I, as on reviewer said, had display problems, but nothing fatal. I am now halfway through the second book, The important item is the story and they are very good, as I remember although it's been some time, so I had forgot all the details. Again, they are definitely fiction, but with real world capabilities, the physics are real and I will continue to read through the set with the pleasure a retired Flight Line can have remembering the smell of JP8 and Hot Hydraulic Fluid!

Perfect for fans of jet fighters

Once I picked up the book up I couldn't put it down. I love how Gandt puts me in the cockpit. Though I've never flown a Hornet, after reading this book I feel like I've been flying for years.

Robert Gandt has written a genuine page-turner.

In light of the present threat to America's security, this book is, indeed, timely. Author Robert Gandt has written an exciting story about a realistic series of events in such a way that keeps you glued to the pages. But, beward, don't start reading this book unless you have some time. It's a real page-turner.
