The Wizard of Oz
Truly a masterpiece of cinema, the musical of musicals. For those of us old enough even to remember The Wizard of Oz playing once a year on television, it is nostalgic heaven and this book provides something solid that you can hold in your hands and cherish.

I can only imagine what it must feel like to own this book and be one of those few who had the wonderful opportunity to have seen this movie when it first opened in theatres, or to have seen the movie while it was still showing in theatres.
This book is magnificent, it is like owning a piece of history, it is almost as sweet as having the autographs or autographed pictures of your favorite Wizard of Oz charachters right there. It is like the official playbill that you would have been given upon admission, you will find yourself cherishing this beautiful book. -

Very informative
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my friend who is a MEGA Wizard of Oz fan. She really loved it. It gives a lot of background information on the movie and the photos are great!

Good book, great pictures
I am a die hard WoO fan and this book has so much information about the movie and the characters. I really enjoyed looking at all of the pictures. I think this book would be great for anyone who loves the WoO

Fascenating
This book is just beautiful. Full of the history of the movie in detail. The pictures are amazing. I am really in awe of the special effects that were done with such limited film making equipment of that time. It brings the movie to life. Even if you've seen the movie many times this book gives it a much more detailed understanding.

It was purchased for my son-in-law who is a collector of The Wizard of Oz memorabilia and he loves it. -
