Speed up and ignore him. Wel this wench chose c then b. That tells you this woman is incredibly stupid without an ounce of self-preservation. Being held in a house that she could escape from if she used her one brain cell. This whole book is very annoying. Then she thinks it is an awesome idea to have sexual contact with her kidnapper. Brilliant! What an utter waste of time. This book is filled with an "hero" who doesn't make sure his enemies are dead and a woman who thinks just because the tip of a knife is bent that it is useless, then lets it lay where the enemy could use it on her. I am never reading anything else from this author. Unless of course I want to get so frustrated that I almost break my Nook.

    Hmmm

I got about halfway through and could not force myself to read anymore. The heroine was very unlikable. A sniveling wah wah wah. All she seemed to do was sleep. I found her character very immature and always crying about one thing or another. The hero was just as bad. He carries her everywhere, even to the toilet (lol). He did not portray a very masculine hero. All they kept thinking to themselves was how strong and independant she was, and nowhere in the book did she appear strong and self reliant. Mind you this is only my perception of the book, but I really did not find it likable at all.
