G-D

In the original Hebrew text, G-D was and is correct. The name of God is so holy they would not write it out.

Ok

Ok didn't like the fact that every time God was mentioned it was not spelled out but written G-d. It was also hard to follow at times.

    Highly Recommended

While we are familiar with the few lines in the Bible, this book brings the woman alive, with feelings, wants, needs, and all the human characteristics. The Bible story becomes more real and illlustrates the interactions among all the participants. A reader who wonders, even if only now and then, about the people in any book, including the Bible, will enjoy the additional brush strokes, painting this woman, and many of the other people.

Stones a good read, just one problem

Could you through the first stone I couldn't, 'Women of Stones' gives you inside look in what might have happened to the women Jesus set free of sin. Also, the double standard between men and women. What I have problem with is the writer does spell out the God instead uses G-d, like spelling out God would bring down the fire and brimstone it will not. Beside that I would recommend this book is good.
