    I LOVE this book!

    I bought this book to get ideas to change up my usual workout routines. I do strength training every day, rotating muscle areas. This book is like an encyclopedia! It has so many great exercises and great variations on those exercises so I will never get bored. I can keep challenging my muscles with things like different grips and stances and body positions that are outlined in this book. It offers much more than other similar books that I have bought. I would say that this is great for someone who has already had an introduction to weight training or strength training. Many of the exercises show easier and more difficult variations, but even the easy ones would be difficult for some people. It's a great workout tool!

    Great book for beginners. If you have a gym, then it should have
    everything you need. If you work out at home, there are exercises you
    can do with no weights, etc. that you can substitue for the weighted
    ones. Definitely worth purchasing.

    Fabulous Find!

    My fiance and I bought this book as our way of forgoing the expensive personal trainer - WOW. It has been fabulous! It is so organized & helpful, with plenty of pictures & tips. Each section is organized into muscle groups with various workouts for that group, plus variations and tips to ensure you do the moves correctly. Then there are pre-made workouts - "Pre-natal" "Crowded Gym" "Best 3 Moves Workout" "Skinny Jean" - The best one my fiance and I saw MAJOR results with - "Beach Body Workout" within two weeks we saw major definition changes, by the end of the workout I felt better than I had in my entire life. Not to mention my confidence in a swimsuit, or any outfit for that matter, was sky rocketing. We are already rather tall and skinny, but no where near in shape. The workouts were not easy, & you need to have slight self-motivation to push yourself & not skimp by using lighter weights, or shortening reps/sets, but if you can keep committed you will see results! This book is an amazing buy!

    The book is just what the title says it is.

    I found this book very informative. There are many exercises to choose from. It is a good reference book for choosing exercises for your workout. I found it was well organized and easy to use.

    Highly recommended

    Great exercises that cover every part you want toned and the exercises really do work and I like the fact that alot of the exercises requires little or no equipment.
