Looking for New or Different Toning?

I strongly recommend this from Beginners to Trainers. I have been toning and traing for almost two years now. And was looking for different excercises to mix things up. This book is an EXCELLENT source to show you your actual targeted areas and the exercises for these areas.Even better, womens trouble areas! I have had it for a week now and feel my muscles as being more defined.

    Excellent Resource

This is a great book for those who want to amp up their workouts and learn the muscle/bone groups and how they are effected by the workout. It is a great way to learn the parts of the body as well as exercises. I highly recommend this book.

    Excellent for fine tuning!

Great for beginners, intermediate and advanced lifters. I found both the Womans and the Mens version of Delavier's books to be excellent resources for maximizing and targeting muscle development. Sent copies to 2 of my grown children and my husband and I both have the books as well. Ordering another for a friend. It clearly diagrams the muscles and the pictures allow for easy understanding for visual learners.
