More about Scrabble than you ever wanted to know....
I recently got really interested in Scrabble again, and was recommended this book by one of Scrabble buddies. I really enjoyed it! It had the perfect mix of memoir and journalism to create an interesting book that skipped around from Stefan Fatsis' quest to become an "expert" player, to the history of Scrabble and a general overview of the competitive aspect. Any word geeks out there that love scrabble and useless trivia-type knowledge will love this book. The writing style is perfect. Perhaps not family friendly - some f-bombs and general hijinks. but enjoyable nonetheless.
