World War I (1914-1919) (SparkNotes History Note)

Ehh...

This is very detailed...I bought it for a WWI quiz/test (I'm a junior in HS studying modern world history)...got it so I could highlight/not get distracted from ads on the online.

However, be warned- if you don't have double-sided printing, I would say don't buy...it's 49 pages, with TONS of blank space!

You've got to be kidding... (Or why is zero stars not an option?)

I ordered this PDF in order to have it instantly (the specifications say it should be to you within 5 minutes). 7 hours later, still waiting, I am now on the costumer service line, been talking to two EXTREMELY snotty girls (Mone and Wendy) whose only response is a full of attitude: "well, our system is very busy"...silence... Then in asking for a refund they tell me that the order is in process and they cannot give me one. So when I ask then how much longer I will have to wait, answer : "well, you've been waiting like 9 hours already...I have no clue how much longer it'll be!". Buyer beware- go to Amazon. Even with their free 2 day ship, I'd have an actual book in my hand sooner than this! (and without dealing with a crappy customer service encounter)
