An Gateway into the Past!

As a World War II buff and a history major, I love this book! It was a Christmas gift to me from my parents and it's now a part of my World War II collection that I couldn't bear to part with.

They say pictures speak a thousand words and that is no lie in this book. This book is filled with pictures from pre-stages of WWII to the very end. No longer is this great war just words and dates, but now you can actually peer at the generals that made the plans and glance at the faces that carried out the orders. From the Western Front to the Pacific, it's an adventure that intrigues the visual eye.

Not only that, but the reader finally can delve into a day-by-day history, leaving no day unanswered. A book well worth the price!
