    Fast and Easy

    A great tool for waitstaff. Tricks can be done with simple items found in a bar or restaurant. The day I got the book, I quickly learned 3 tricks and used them that evening with dining clients. Quickly taught the tricks to the waitstaff so they could have an edge. I strongly believe entertained guests = great tips! This book is a great tool.
