    I liled it

Over all i lild the book was a bit predictable bit still it was really cute. As always the rich girl falls for poor boy. The romamce was kinda slow but i dont thimk that was the whole point of the book. Basically its almost all about egyptology and napoleon even though at firsy i didnt know what the heck it was. But i learned. This book was recommended to me so to be a good friend i read it. Wasnt what i was expecting but who gives right? As long as i liked it. So yea if u still skeptical just buy the damn book u'll love it. I think... tracy

    I Also Recommend:

Good but felt like it was missing something.

This book is a cute quick read. Not one that you will remember for the rest of your life. But sweet and fun for otherwise dull days.

Agnes is an enjoyable and loveable heroine. She speaks ten languages and quotes Lady A (Jane Austen). But she didn't inspire me with anything more than a mild liking.

Caedman was a little flat and one dimensional. We see that he is passionate about Egypt.

The plot was a little weak. The bad guys were bad guys. We weren't given much chance to think about who they might be. The big reveal about who are main villian was... lacking. I found myself not at all surprised and perhaps a little sad.

The book is cute but... weak.

    I liked it!

I really enjoyed reading Wrapped. It was definitely not what I expected, after reading the summary. But I was pleasantly surprised that the book was really good. There was a lot of Egyptology involved, and I found it to be quite fascinating. There is a lot of stuff I didn¿t know about Napoleon.

I love the main character, Agnes. Although she wants to do what¿s right by her family, be the perfect wife and marry well, she also longs for a life of adventure. She¿s smart and funny, and she loves ¿A Lady¿, (Jane Austen). Of course, she falls for the underdog, Caedmon, who she knows that she cannot be with. Caedmon is smart and handsome, and is trying to pull himself out of poverty by working in the museum. I really liked him. I kept picturing him as James McAvoy, it was a wonderful picture!

The book was a bit predictable; I had most of it figured out pretty early on. That didn¿t stop me from enjoying it though. The storyline was very interesting, and very well written. The book has a lot of history in it, as well as some action and a bit of romance. The ending was pretty much left wide open, so I¿m wondering if maybe this will be a series? One can hope.

Thank you to Simon & Schuster for allowing me to read this via the Galley Grab!

    Great book!

I really enjoyed the character of Agnes. She is so strong and feisty. She is not your average girl in this time of the book. Everything about her is so different that you are drawn to her. She makes the story much more interesting with her fiery attitude.

The plot is something I think that could have been played with a lot more. It was good, but at times I got bored with it. I love the whole research of mummies and Egypt. I Love the the searching for secrets, revealing even things that are going on then in the book was a great adventure to go on. I just love it, when I can search along with the characters and gather clue by clue.

I loved the way the love interest was played out. I love it when characters fall in love in the mist of the adventures. I love it even more when they madden each other. It makes their love stronger and funny to watch. I like that issues touching their social status back then. They avoided each other because of that, but clearly you can see that they are meant to be.

Wrapped is funny, cute, adventurous book. The historical references in it will keep you fascinated till the very end. The characters are engaging and very out there, especially Agnes, you got to love her!
