    Highly Recommended

    I've read a few books on children's publishing, which are very good, but cover so much about with publishing that less is discussed on the actual writing.

    TWO-THIRDS of this book is about the writing itself, from word usage, point of view, audience, length, prose, and on and on. It gives the DETAILS one needs to prepare a manuscript for submission.

    I started reading it from the library, but had to buy my own copy so I could highlight and take notes.
