    Relating to content

As a Yoruba from Nigeria who has lived in the usa for the past 27yrs, I could relate to Iyanlas experience and trully believe in celebrating our children and ourselves. I am planning on buying this book as gifts for my friends on my 50th birthday coming up in June and decided to read the book. However, I was disappointed to read that the meaning of Adesola is incorrectly quoted on page 289. My name is Adesola and it means 'Crown--Ade --makes wealth--Sola' I would like to get message across to the publishers and to Iyanla.

Yesterday, I cried: A profound soul searching book on lifes lessons.

I give 'Yesterday I Cried', four stars! I found the book to be very interesting and nothing short of delightful. Ms Vanzant gives you something to think about in every chapter. It is not only intriguing, but inspiring. You can't help but to step back and take a look at where you've been, where your going, and how you got there. If you can handle some deep and intense soul searching. Then you may finally be ready for,'Yesterday,I cried.'
