Highly Recommended, for those like me...

Highly recommended for those like me that have struggled with battling stress management and stress-eating all my life. I have recently started practicing yoga regularly (four times a week for the past 2 months). I have always been active and enjoy running, but have struggled with maintaining physical and mental balance which shows in my fluctuating weight. I have tried all types of diets. But I could not get a hold of my cravings nor could I understand why my body ached for certain foods. This book helps you discover your element and a better way to "diet" that is right for your body type. There is no cookie-cutter one-size-fits-all diet, and the author(s) understand this and customize a healthy, delicious, and easy-to-follow diet plan along with yoga poses that optimize your yogic development. You will see results, that you can live with, for the rest of your life.

    Diet the four letter word

I enjoy yoga and prescribe to its healing properties but this book would not stop about losing weight. I guess with the word "diet" in the title she felt inclined to constantly state the obvious. Went to her website and a hugh two thumbs down. Took the test and at the end told me to count them up... Now didn't I check all he little boxes so the computer wold? Good recipes and lifestyle tips.

    Very informative

Knowing my "dosha" has helped a lot. People have been telling me for years that if I want to loose weight then I needed to eat more protein. Apparently not! Ive never been real keen on meat and now this book solidifies my feelings. The only thing that would improve it would be to have the dosha yoga poses pics in the same chapter. I would recommend this book to those that dont eeven practice yoga

Do not buy ebook version, good book.

I really enjoy this book. It has great information for starting out. I only gave i four stars because I bought it for my NOOK Color and the formating is really messed up. I had no problem getting a refund, then I went out and bought the actual book. Fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone!
