Awesome app! After daily use for one month i am finally getting a great nights sleep. The deep breathing paired with the simple movements help me relax. Calms the mind. I use right before bed. Thanks for this app!

This is a sesational tutorial! Just started doing these exercises and yes a little difficult since I am so out of shape and have severe back pain into my legs. However I believe soon enough I will be able to do them correctly as my spine and muscles limber up from practicing. With what I have been able to do I already am feeling relief in my back and legs. I am 55 totally out of shape but refuse to give into drugs and surgery. I highly recommend this to everyone.
