Simple and specific
This is a no nonsense introduction to yoga that is easy to follow. It includes general, but significant concepts, basic postures in two well organized and ilustrated programs: beginners and intermediate levels. Presents modifications to postures for those less able. If followed as indicated, it will bring great benefits in a short period of time. Step by step instructions with outstanding photographs included.
