Yoga For Golfers
I just got my copy of Yoga for Golfers and am happy with the purchase. I have been a fan of Roberts from the Golf Channel for some time, and haver tried my best to make her weekly fitness tips a part of my regimine. The book is clear in it's instruction and does an excellent job of blending each of the Yoga postures to specific golf benefits. For me it is low back. I used to lift to try to strengthen it, but by the end of 18 I always knew I was done for the day. I am now playing pretty much pain free. Working on quieting my mind and being aware of my breathing has really improved my putting. There's no way I'm lending this to my friends.
