I recommend this book to not just young athletes, but to everyon

I recommend this book to not just young athletes, but to everyone looking to succeed and accomplish their goals. Coach Edwards does an excellent job sharing his life lessons to prove that anyone can accomplish their visions in life. He goes into depth about opportunity, leadership, goals, failure, and making the will stronger than the skill. Focusing on what you can control and not what you can't control is one one the many tips that is worth writing down after reading this book. Everyone can get something out of this book and use it as motivation in their every day lives.

    Great Book for Young Leaders

I give this book to all young leaders, especially those in sports, to demonstrate a number of key points and fallacies about leadership. All seemed to like the book and took away a much deeper understanding of the topic of leadership. It is a quick read (a must in the video game era) and brings allot of depth to the subject. Well Written and concise. It fit the bill better than any other book I have found on leadership in the last 3 or 4 years.

    Suprisingly Unmotivating

This book suprise me in the fact that most sports books I can't put down, but this was left me tired and sleepy. Mr. Edwards seems to talk the talk, but it seems like he can't manage his own team. I felt it was a complete waste of my time.
