Definitely a WINNER!

I had never read a romance novel before and my friend happened to have a copy of You Slay Me. She was done with it and recommended that I check it out. I never turn down a book, so I accepted, not really sure what I was getting myself into. But from the first page I was enthralled. I had to figure out what was going to happen next and I loved the humor that Katie used for Aisling. It was fantastic. Drake was dishy beyond comparison and her newfie slash demon Jim was my favorite. I read this one and Fire Me Up to my boyfriend and he loved them, begging me not to stop reading, no matter how sore my voice was.
A must read for anyone who loves paranormal romance and a sexy dragon in a man suit!

being a fan of this author, i was rather disappointed

i've read several of her books, including her paranormal romances, of which i thoroughly enjoyed. that is why i was so excited when you slay me came out. but i just finished the book and i must say, i am extremely disappointed. it was mildy entertaining but nothing like the quality of her last books. this book had so much potenial but it fizzed, badly. i hope her next one is better.
