Joe Firels book on triathlon is a must have. The book provides a detailed training plan and sessions for each triathlon event from the sprint to ironman. It provides sample training plans for each week together with the various swim, bike and run sessions. The book is just fantastic.....Ive used it for over a year not and my times are just flying down.
