Really not that good
Seems like a nice gal but I agree, this could have been an article. The part of the Title on the book "Customer service and what is reveals about our world and our lives" didn't ring true with me. It didn't tell me anything about our world or our lives. I wouldn't buy. Get it from a friend or library and only if you have nothing else to do. Some funny parts here and there.
