A must have for anyone to understand behavior and personality!

I got this great book from my E-business as a must have to understand myself and others. Since day to day we have to approach people that are conflictive and contradictory, it is essencial to began to understand ourselves. Then, by doing so,it will be easier to identify others as sanguineous, choleric, melancholic or flematic personalities. So far, I have done the initial survey that had confirmed my own personality and went straight to read about my strengths and weakness. Also, one can use this with others as a way to detect their own abilities and what's needed to be work in further details. As now, this is an essential tool in my business and personal life that I used and always go back to as a reference.

    Worth your money

This book gives lots of insight on why people act certain ways and gives excellent suggestions of learning more about other people. I believe that this book is essential for personal growth. There are many things you will find yourself looking up again and again. Makes me wish I hadn't lent mine to my brother because I still haven't gotten it back yet!
