    Speech Teacher.

Tannen teaches women to think before they speak. Her topic is vast and vital, so it's no wonder many of her anecdotes failed to speak to me, personally. Her noteworthy advice, however, made the book well worth the read and will, I trust, prove useful the next time my daughter fails to speak to me, politely.

best book on undersanding mother/daughter conversations

You're wearing that? is a book I've been waiting to be written for along time. It puts in perspective a myriad of mother daughter communication errors. This book will be the foundation of healing for many mothers and daughters.
