Worth it
I found this book helpful when I was undergoing treatment for depression. The chapters are short and sweet with simple lessons and the exercises are powerful forms of self reflection. Although there were other factors to overcoming my depression this book definitely played a role. If you are willing to really take the time needed to work towards your recovery then this is an excellent choice.

Different point of view

Unique approach for depression..
Only someone who has experienced depression, as Philip Martin has, could write such a credible and powerful prescription for facing the condition with courage, acceptance and hope. I hope this book is relesed in an audio format so its exercises can be enjoyed while meditating.
