I found this book helpful when I was undergoing treatment for depression. The chapters are short and sweet with simple lessons and the exercises are powerful forms of self reflection. Although there were other factors to overcoming my depression this book definitely played a role. If you are willing to really take the time needed to work towards your recovery then this is an excellent choice.
