Apathetic EP

Apathetic EP

5.0 5
by Relient K
Relient K was already flirting with the border between alt-CCM and secular pop-punk on 2003's Two Lefts Don't Make a Right... But Three Do, but they really broke through to the TRL Nation with 2005's MMHMM. The follow-up EP Apathetic is a mid-tour buzz sustainer that includes an acoustic version of the single "Be My Escape"

This is a pretty good CD, the best track is "Apathetic way to be". The acoustic versions are nice but they kind of make me want to put on MMHMM and listen to the rock versions. Really good CD, though. If you like the Chronicles of Narnia you will understand "In like a Lion" better, and it's a nice track. They made this CD for thier friend who is lost at sea, so it has more slow songs and heartfelt lyrics. I definitely recommend that you add this CD to your collection.

I heard this CD from a friend because I am Relient-k obsessed. All the songs were addictive! Especially 'In Like A Lion(Always Winter)'. I Listen to that song 24/7 now. Enjoy the CD!

This CD is the most addicting CD I have ever listened to. Its catchy tunes and lyrics are not only those that get stuck in your head, but those that you can relate to your own life. You can rock out to some tracks, and listen to a quiet melody on the next. The lyrics portray a deeper meaning in these tracks and make it easier and easier to get hooked. The songs are all reasonable lengths and not one tune gets overplayed or dull. The acoustic versions of old songs are better and stronger than the originals. I give this CD an A+ in every aspect, and recommend this album to any fan of Relient K.
