Well this book was a bit different. I liked the mysteriousness of it all, the main character and how you get into his head. I feel what he feels, you can relate to his thoughts and memories. It can be depressing because you feel his loneliness and his lost love, you can tell he is in love when he doesn't know it. I like books like that. I also love his neediness and love of science and the planets. It can be boring in some places and tends to ramble on about the past, but its not so bad. Its not your typical romance and if that's what your looking for then this is not the book for you, it doesn't have the magical ending, but in the end you can be proud, if you choose to hope for the best because it leaves you wondering. Anyways, its alright book, kind of a slow read but it is deep. I think it would be appreciated more with the age, you have to be able to understand, so younger teens, I wouldn't recommended it for you.
