Master the exhilarating game of Mahjong with this introductory guide.

I couldn't grasp some of the explainations. Seems more complicated than needed. Not what I wanted.

Beatiful written and illustrated. This book should be in any Mahjong players library for reference or inspiration. Amy Lo has done a great service to all that enjoy the game.

Some typos here and there but unlike many other books, it covers rules and scoring for the Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Shanghainese variations of the game. It includes the Chinese character and pronunciations of the scoring combinations.
